Patricia Jean Caldwell (Patsy Hall), 73, a longtime resident of Council Bluffs passed away on Sunday November 7, 2021. Patricia was born December 15, 1947 in Council Bluffs, IA, and graduated in 1966 from Thomas Jefferson High School. On May 16, 1970, Patricia married her high school sweetheart Gerald (Jerry) Caldwell. Patricia and Gerald were married 28 years before Gerald passed away in 1998. Patricia worked in customer service, where she loved meeting new people every day for over 40 years. When Patricia had free time, she enjoyed reading, going to church, and collecting various items. Patricia’s favorite collectibles were butterflies, cows, bears, angels, roosters, etc. Patricia is predeceased by her parents, Art and Gladys Vermuele; husband, Gerald Caldwell, and nephew Thomas Jerome. She is survived by her sister, Shirley Young; brother-in-law, Mike Hack and his wife Michelle; niece, Diana Jerome-Reeder and her husband Thomas; nephews, Jeff Jerome and Steve Caldwell and his wife Jeannette; nieces, Nichole Griffey-French and her husband Darrel, Courtney Jerome and his wife Jessica, Tomi Reeder and Amber Reeder; and grandnephew, Tyler Reeder and his wife Stéphanie. Patricia is also survived by several other nieces and nephews. Service in the cemetery on Tuesday at 2 p.m., at the Memorial Park cemetery, from the Chapel Cutler-O’Neill-Meyer-Woodring Bayliss Park at 1.30 p.m. Visits Monday from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m., at the Chapel of Bayliss Park .
